How to Pivot and Navigate Change with Ease

navigate change

As you learn to navigate change with ease and grace in the age of Covid and beyond, there are some questions that can be helpful.

Do you want to know when you’ll die? And how it will happen?

If your answer is No, then you understand that “life is not a problem to be solved, but a mystery to be lived.” Kierkegaard

Join me in this pre-recorded podcast for a better understanding of how embracing this mystery can help you pivot and navigate change with ease and grace.

Are You Living in the Past, Present or Future?

Do you find yourself spending a lot of time in GUILT, GRIEVANCE, SADNESS, REGRET, RESENTMENT or BITTERNESS? If so, your mind may be living in the past.

Do you regularly feel WORRY, FEAR or ANXIETY, STRESS or UNEASINESS? Then your mind is probably living in the future.

The best way to navigate change is to live in the present. It’s normal to feel these low-vibrational emotions occasionally, and in-the-moment. However, if you find yourself continually coming back to them, they will stand between you and your ability to pivot.

Tools for Navigating Change

Change is a constant. Whether you realize it or not, you go through change every day. You wake up and you go to sleep. You’re hungry and you’re full. Happy then sad. Moving fast then sitting still.

In this podcast, I’m going to share with you The Change Formula, The Universe To-Do List, the Emotional Chart, the most powerful phrase for navigating change and more! All of these tools will help you to maintain appreciation for the mystery of life, and to enjoy the journey rather than fear what’s next.

The ability to successfully and freely choose to pivot without fearing loss or having regret is a basic tenet of leadership. It’s the ability to embrace change, to choose change…with love instead of fear.
