Unconscious intentions are the underlying drives, motivations, and desires that shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, but which we are not aware of or able to articulate. These unconscious intentions can be positive or negative, and they can be influenced by past experiences, cultural and societal conditioning, and other factors.
On the other hand, conscious intentions are the goals and desires that we are aware of and actively try to pursue. They are the things we set our minds to and try to achieve.
From a personal development perspective, it is important to be aware of both our unconscious and conscious intentions. By becoming more self-aware and mindful of our unconscious intentions, we can gain a better understanding of our own motivations and behaviors, and we can work to align our unconscious and conscious intentions to support our goals and values. By setting conscious intentions and actively working towards them, we can take control of our lives and make progress towards the things we want to achieve.
