Or, if you are feeling unsafe, overwhelmed, confused or just plain disconnected, this meditation will support you in being more grounded and “in your body.” It will allow you to bring gratitude, safety and connection into your awareness.
Flush your fear and anxiety out of your consciousness while creating feelings of love and well-being.
Fear Vs. Love
You can either be in a Love Thought System or a Fear Thought System. In a Love Thought System, you will seek harmony. You will choose to find evidence of things that are working. You will seek to surround yourself with people who think you are perfect just the way you are and who hold you accountable for your actions. When you are in that Love Thought System, you will make choices for the highest good of all involved. You will freely accept love and support from others.
If you find that you’re continually making poor decisions, then you might be operating in a Fear Thought System. If you are experiencing fear, either consciously or subconsciously, you are focused on the thing you’re afraid of, and may attract more of it into your life.
On the other hand, if you are focused only on love, you will attract all the things into your life that The Universe wants for you.
A Meditation to Flush the Fear
Use this meditation now and anytime you feel that you’re feeling disconnected, unsafe, confused or overwhelmed. Most of the time, these uncomfortable emotions are the results of fear. And if you can flush the fear, you will feel peace, gratitude and LOVE.
