Bradley Lyons has 23 years business management experience including the design and development of organization and management systems. His business experience ranges from franchise management to comptroller of a manufacturing, wholesale, retail distribution company to owning and operating his own businesses. During the last year he has primarily represented GEI, Inc. as a Kaizen / Lean consultant. The past 11 years he has been an independent Quality Management/Lean Manufacturing/Business consultant conducting private and public workshops internationally. He has consulted Fortune 100 companies in addition to small organizations. He is a 1980 graduate of University of Georgia, with a BA in International Business.
In 1985 Bradley became involved with personal growth seminars and workshops produced by the nationally known group called PSI-World Seminars. He worked closely with them for the next 8 years. During which for 6 summers starting in 1988 he also worked with Winners’ Camp Foundation, a residential teen program for “teens at risk.” He began facilitating portions of these workshops and advanced to camp coordinator and facilitator.
He has facilitated groups and teams in size from 6-150 people in Communication Skills Development, Leadership, Team Building, High and Low Ropes Courses, Increasing Self-Esteem, Process Improvement, Kaizen, Creating Synergy, Improving Relationships, Train the Trainer, etc.
He has since taken many training workshops to become better prepared as a facilitator, consultant, coach, husband and parent. He has promoted and led workshops in Honolulu, San Rafael, Austin, Atlanta, and Miami. He has worked directly with Dr. John Gray, Pam Chambers, Marshall Thurber, David Neenan, Don Coyhis, Rafael Oya, Sue Meyers, Maasaki Imai and Tom Lane.
During the past 5 years he has worked closely with his wife in producing and facilitating public and corporate workshops under the names of The Art of Being and The Essence of Being while managing his consulting practice.
